Q: Need to make an amendment to your order?
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our items personalised products cannot be cancelled. As our production processes run 24 hours a day and are fully automated, your item enters into production as soon as you have ordered and we are unable to remove it. Please double check that you are happy with your order, before checking out.
Q: Where is my order?
If you have allowed the requested time, please contact your local sorting office and enquire if your goods are being held there, even if you have not received a 'While you were out' card. If your goods are not there, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your name, order number, and full delivery address.
